Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS

US Orders: Due to the sensitivity of our products, all sales are final. No refunds.

International Orders: International shipping is complex, once an order is shipped all international orders are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances.

If your order has not been shipped, you may cancel your order for a full refund, including shipping cost. To cancel the order, please contact us immediately.

Additional NON-refundable items: Training courses (including online)
If you change your mind about training, you can switch to one or more courses depending on the amount you’ve paid. In no case will the money be returned, including any equipment or product received.
If you have already completed the course and your work plans change due to unforeseen circumstances, there will be no refund or change.

Refunds/Credits (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund or credit will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you are receiving a credit, it will be issued to you.

Sale Items: Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: Items are only replaced if defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at admin@minikacademyusa.com for further instructions.

Shipping (where applicable): You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item.

Please note that our products are guaranteed for 1 year. (It will be applied in case of manufacturing defects, but not due to mishandling by the user).
